Shadow Cast – Inverted Cross
Original Painting
Painting of a beautiful woman dressing with the shadow of an inverted cross cast onto her back. I called it Shadow Cast for the double meaning – because she could be dressing for a shadowcast performance and then there’s the shadow cast onto her back. I enhanced the shadow to give the whole thing a slightly sinister feel, coupled with the fact that she’s turning slightly as if she can sense someone behind her it’s almost like you can see her hackles rising.
